I authorize all repairs and necessary materials.  Your employees may operate my vehicle for inspection, testing, delivery at my risk.  You will not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or items left in it.  I agree to pay reasonable storage on vehicle left more that 10 working days after notification that job is completed. I authorize and acknowledge on above vehicle an express mechanic's lien until invoice is paid in full.  All labor is guaranteed 24 months or 24,000 miles whichever occurs first.  Parts warranty is set by parts manufacturer, and all other guarantees are made by the part manufacturer. I agree to all warrantee work or damage repair based on this bill must be performed at this shop.
